Route Adjustments

Due to the unprecedented impact of Super Typhoon Saola and the record-breaking rains in September, certain sections of the eastern areas of Hong Kong Island remain impassable. As a result, there will be adjustments to the routes.

 

Racing category

65km Coastal Run One Go: Starts from To Tei Wan Bus Stop, Shek O Road to Tai Tam Tuk Reservoir Dam (an anti-clockwise loop).

25km Harbourfront Run: Starts from Hong Kong Observation Wheel at AIA Vitality Park to To Tei Wan Bus Stop, Shek O Road.

 

Leisure category

Tai Tam Nature Walk: The Start / End Point is Stanley Murray House / Tai Tam Tuk Reservoir Dam.

Long Dragon’s Back Walk: The Start / End Point is To Tei Wan Bus Stop, Shek O Road (Hong Kong Trail Section 8) / Tai Tam Gap Correctional Institution, Shek O Road.

 

We have added an extension to the Southern Beaches Walk, which will now include the Chung Hom Kok Battery, offering participants the chance to experience more of the island’s spectacular coastline.
